Ring of Fire, James Bay Lowlands, Northern Ontario Canada, 2015.
This 5000 sq. km. vast area in the far north of Ontario is equally valued for hosting one the largest intact peatlands remaining on the planet - the most effective terrestrial ecosystem for sequestering carbon and therefore one of our best defenses against climate change - as well as for their, so far largely undeveloped, mineral deposits.
I am pleased to make a small selection of this work available as Fine Art Limited Edition Prints.
All prints are personally printed and signed by the artist. They are printed on museum quality acid-free 100% cotton rag watercolour paper using archival pigments resulting in a print which will show no fading for at least 100 years.
Prints are limited to an edition of 50 each in size 8” X 10” and 12” x 18”. Prints sized 16” x 24” and 20” x 30” and 24” x 36” are limited to 25 each, 30” x 45” prints are limited to 15 prints and 40” x 60” prints are limited to 10 prints.
